Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This policy explains what information our games and this website use, why, and the choices you have. In short: we don’t have accounts, we don’t run our own servers for the games, and your game progress stays on your device. The advertising partners we use in some games do collect information, and you choose whether adverts are personalised.

Who we are

Padre Kivlovski makes mobile games for iPhone and iPad, including Standard Import Services, Escape or Die Trying and Made Men. We are the controller of the information described here. You can contact us about anything in this policy at support@padrekivlovski.com.

Information our games use

Your game progress

Your progress, settings, lives, items and medals are saved on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.

Purchases

In-app purchases are made through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles your payment, and we never see your payment details. Our games receive confirmation from Apple that a purchase was made, so they can give you what you bought.

Adverts

Some of our games, including Escape or Die Trying, show adverts. Most are optional: you choose to watch one, for example to earn an extra life. Adverts are provided by our advertising partners:

  • Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), which chooses which advert to show, and
  • Unity Ads, which supplies adverts through LevelPlay.

To show adverts, measure them and prevent fraud, these partners collect information from your device, such as its model and operating system, your IP address, approximate location (country or region), and how you interact with adverts. They may also use your device’s advertising identifier.

You control how this is used:

  • Personalised adverts: when you first play, the game asks whether adverts may be personalised to you. If you say no, you’ll still see adverts, but they won’t be based on your interests. You can change your answer at any time in the game’s Settings, under Personalised Adverts.
  • Tracking: on iPhone and iPad, Apple asks whether the game may track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Your device’s advertising identifier is only shared if you allow it. You can change this at any time in your device’s Settings, under Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Our partners’ use of this information is covered by their own privacy policies: Unity’s privacy policy for game players (which covers Unity Ads and LevelPlay).

We use advertising information on the basis of your consent where it’s used to personalise adverts, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in funding our games through adverts where it isn’t.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or any tracking. Like every website, our hosting provider (IONOS) automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure.

When you contact us

If you email us, we use your email address and what you send us only to reply and help you. We keep it for as long as we need to deal with your message.

Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it’s used, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because your game data stays on your device and we don’t have accounts, we usually hold nothing about you beyond emails you’ve sent us. For information held by our advertising partners, you can also contact them directly through the policy linked above.

To use any of these rights, email support@padrekivlovski.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how our games or website use information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
